MRC GEM offers training to help our volunteers learn to prevent and deal with emergencies affecting themselves, their families, and their communities. Volunteer who have completed the prerequisites, the basic training sequence, and the intermediate level courses may continue to enhance their skills and qualify for a high-level management position through our advanced training offerings.
